  • Can I ship my plants in soil?

    This is key to the Clone Shipper, as it holds the plant in place while protecting the stem. These are quite durable, but if you find your puck is no longer holding the stem well, it is a great idea to replace it.

    If you're looking to ship your plants safely rooted in soil, the neoprene puck allows your plant to stay in one place, and ensures that your plant is secured throughout shipment so it can arrive safely to its destination.

  • How do I know that the clone shipping unit will not come apart during shipment?

    The design holds the clone in a secure and strong position, protecting the roots and stem system, so that the plant can continue to flourish. The Clone Shipper is built to last for multiple shipments!

  • How do I ensure my plants arrived in the same condition they were shipped?

    Once the unit is locked in place, there is a tamper proof seal. At this time you can place any label onto the unit with the included zip tie. Feel free to use your own return policy. (Such as; once this seal is broken it is yours.)

    Each order includes 1 bag of 100 zip ties.

  • What type of plants can be shipped with Clone Shipper?

    All live rooted plants and/or plant starts can be shipped. This goes for aquarium plants as well as above ground plants.

    Being a passionate plant grower means you’re able to nurture and foster the growth of a living plant and enjoy seeing the end results of a rare flower, heirloom vegetable or herb with medical benefits. While working with something so valuable, don’t chance shipping your clones in a plant cultivator that could potentially harm or kill your plant.
